New Look on Gillingham High Street put up for rent

New Look’s store on Gillingham High Street has gone on the market.
Estate agent Crosthwaite Commercial is advertising the 12,400 sq ft building to let for £52,500 per year.
However, it remains unconfirmed whether New Look is closing.
The listing says: “The unit has a prominent frontage directly on the high street providing an excellent signage opportunity.
“Internally, the property is in good condition and comprises an open sales area on the ground floor and ancillary storage on the first floor.”
It is one of two New Look shops in Gillingham, with the second store located at Hempstead Valley.
New Look and Crosthwaite Commercial did not respond to a request for comment.
